Returns Policy:

All Sales are Final!

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to SiennaFox LLC and to the buyer

SiennaFox LLC is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. 

SiennaFox LLC is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. 

If your item does arrive damaged, contact us immediately!

If the wrong item was shipped by mistake, email SiennaFox LLC directly:

Please provide proof of your order, necessary information, and a picture of the items that you received. So we can
 make it right!

Package Sent Back?  

When filling out at check out please provide  CORRECT address including house/apt/unit/etc number.

SiennaFox LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting SiennaFox LLC. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out to us, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.

Domestic shipping only at this time.

International customers email us before ordering. 

Customs and import taxes
 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
